Auric Terms & Conditions

Please read before confirming your enrollment.

  1. Eligibility. Gold Standard status is offered to current Auric payment processing clients. Enrollment is free and does not change the terms of your existing merchant processing agreement.

  2. Active status. Gold Standard benefits are available for as long as your account remains an active payment processing client of Auric. Benefits do not apply to accounts that are not currently processing with Auric.

  3. Hardware discounts. Hardware discounts apply while enrolled in the Gold Standard program. Any ongoing service fees not otherwise covered by existing agreements may still apply. Discounts are earned monthly over a 24-month period following the purchase date. If you discontinue payment processing with Auric before the 24-month period is complete, the unearned portion of the discount becomes due and payable to Auric, calculated as 1/24th of the total discount amount for each month remaining in the 24-month period at the time of discontinuation.

  4. License fee discount. The ZYLX license fee discount applies to then-current license pricing and is reflected on your billing during active Gold Standard status.

  5. Website maintenance. Website maintenance is provided on a reasonable-use basis for existing sites, regardless of hosting provider. Auric reserves the right to define what is included as routine maintenance versus a separate paid project (e.g., full redesigns).

  6. Marketing automation. Auric will configure automated marketing sequences triggered by activity on your website (such as form fills or inquiries) to support timely follow-up with your leads. Setup is provided as part of Gold Standard enrollment; content, messaging, and campaign strategy are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Auric is not responsible for the performance, deliverability, or results of automated campaigns once configured. Changes or ongoing management requested beyond initial setup may be subject to a separate fee.

  7. Data & token security. Auric maintains PCI-DSS compliance for the handling, storage, and transmission of all client and member payment data. Card and payment information is stored using secure tokenization; Auric does not store raw card numbers. If you request the transfer of member billing or payment data — including stored payment tokens — to another processor or platform, Auric will process this as a deconversion, subject to a $900 fee per location. Auric will begin the deconversion process within 30 days of a written request, and payment in full. Once begun, the deconversion will complete within 15 business days.

  8. Changes to the program. Auric may update or discontinue individual Gold Standard benefits with notice to enrolled clients. This does not affect your underlying merchant processing agreement.

  9. No effect on processing terms. Your merchant processing agreement, including its own renewal terms and any associated fees, is governed separately and is not modified by enrolling in this program.

  10. Text message communications. By providing your mobile number and enrolling in the Gold Standard program, you consent to receive text messages from Auric related to your account, program benefits, and offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment in any Auric service.
